The devastation that was Sandy.

Exactly 1 year after I left my home state of New Jersey into the mid-west and told my very little sister that it’s not the end of the world. The world ended. Hurricane Sandy swooped through and erased a very large chunk of the New Jersey shoreline, most of my hometown included. My mom & step-father were in charge of the emergency management teams at the time. At the time, no information could squeak out, except from them. They had Sat-phones, and since I was in tech, I could link up all the first responders cameras to download automatically so the world would know. Little did I know CNN would be calling. Anyways, I’ll save the rest for my therapist.
