But back in Youngstown all the bread was like that and we just called it bread.
I miss Italians bad sometimes.
I get the ideal that what is true to an area traditionally may be what the area is stuck on as the tradition of that area. But I go for best flavor. Sometimes changing an ingredient makes the flavor better. I think PS’s philly cheese steak w/ sauteed mushrooms, onions,banana peppers, and mayo is the best FLAVOR I’ve had in a while.
