In a former life I used to rebuilt motor and electromagnets. But nothing that small, I’m talking magnets up to 120″ and 100+hp electric motors. I can still remember how to rebuild a 65″ Ohio magnet. 1200lbs of 1.5 x .65 coppers and 4.5 rolls of 1.625x.003 nomex. Plus some fiberglass between layers for insulation.
